The presence of students and teachers from the ECPV in this edition of the Goya Awards will be greater than ever.
For yet another year, ECPV talent stands out at the GOYA Awards.
This year 2023, both Cinco Lobitos by Alauda Ruiz and Cuerdas by Estibaliz Urresola were nominated for Best Short Film at Cannes . . . .
In the case of Unicorn Wars, nominated for best animated film, it has Joseba Hernández, VFX composition supervisor, and Joseba Beristain, who created the soundtrack , also a professor at the ECPV and who is competing for two Goya awards, best soundtrack and best original song.
We also count on the presence of ECPV alumni in the short film Chaval by Jaime Olias, nominated by the Goyas for best short film and which will compete with Cuerdas. In the case of Chaval he counts with a team formed by Nestor Ruiz Medina and Marino Pardo in Photography, the latter a professor at the ECPV and with part of the camera team formed by ECPV alumni
It is a true honor to see new talent join existing ones in the film industry.
