Two projects have been chosen to be part of the KIMUAK catalog this year.
Once again this year, the KIMUAK program has selected seven short films that will become part of its catalog after analyzing 47 proposals submitted through the call for the 27th edition. This program, promoted by Etxepare Euskal Institutua and Zineuskadi, aims to promote and disseminate Basque short films by sending projects to the most important festivals around the world.
Aitor Abio, a second-year film direction student, with his project “Patrimonio”, has been one of those selected to be part of the KIMUAK 2024 catalogue. Furthermore, the project has been filmed entirely by school students, except for several people from the acting cast.
The other project selected this year to be part of KIMUAK has been the short film “Utländsk” by Alba Lozano, professor and alumni of the ECPV. Alumni in the production and sound departments also participated in this project.
From the school we want to congratulate the entire “Patrimonio” and “Utländsk” team for the work and effort they show every day inside and outside the classrooms. Zorionak.
