Open call 2024 Talentuaren Gunea

Talentuaren Gunea, is developed as a project for the meeting between production companies that are looking for new voices and narratives, and new talents.

The call for the new edition of Talentuaren Gunea 2024, which will be held on Friday, April 26 at Azkuna Zentroa in Bilbao, calls for those interested in presenting a documentary, animation or fiction project, who must do so before Friday, April 5 to allow the jury two weeks to evaluate said projects. In this way, it will be made public who will be able to pitch on Friday, April 19, thus leaving a week of margin to prepare the final pitch.

The requirements to submit to the call are, in addition to the project dossier, a previous video pitch, so that the jury has an easier time handling the volume of applications that it expects to receive.

In addition to inviting Basque production companies again, this year an extra effort has been made to bring different key agents of the sector in national and international markets, who also have to start getting to know emerging talents, and also want to give the opportunity to approach those markets with the projects they consider winning. Therefore, this year it will not be necessary for each entity to make a preselection, since there will be a jury, although they would appreciate if projects arrived that are really worked on to be able to be pitched at this level.
